Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II

Monster Set:
Sissy Squats: BWx12/5lbsx10/BWx8*/10lbsx8/20lbsx6
Front Squats: 45x12/50x10/55x8/60x6
Lunges: 10x12/12x10/15x8/20x6

Calf Raises: BWx20x4 sets

Thoughts: *In my workout stupor, I was thinking ahead on the next set of Sissy Squats. I was going to add ten pounds. "Well," I said to myself, "I'll just do some till I'm ready." I got through seven reps when I realized I didn't have a weight in my hands and I'd just done an extra set. So, right away, I grabbed a tenner and did eight more.

My legs feel fat.
