Week Two Harder Than Week One!
I have a little girl two years ago and have yet to get my body back. I used to be 135 lbs., but now I can't get below 150. I have changed my diet for over a year now, but I guess it was time to add exercise. Trouble is I work and go to university full time. Either myself or my husband have our child full time. Talk about not enough hours in the day! However, I realized that I am important too. I have to make time to take care of my body, not just for myself, but for my daughter that wants to run and play. I can't tell her I'm tired. I'm super mom, cape and all. That's what my daughter and husband think, so I can't fail. Week one of my exercise plan was tough, physically, but week two is harder. Not because it is any tougher physically. It's because I HAVE to stay on track and exercise at the appointed time on the appointed day or I know I'll quit or put it off 'til "tomorrow". Here's to week two, may it eat my dust!
