Weekend

Saturday - cleaned house all day?made myself go down and do my cardio!!! 15 minutes HIIT followed by 15 minutes lower intensity on recumbent bike. Went out to eat with in-laws?ended up having caesar salad with no croutons and double grilled chicken breast ( Italian restaurant menu - pasta, fried meat, more pasta?more breaded meat?sigh). Still, proud that I ate clean all day and did my cardio!

Sunday - day of rest! Hurray!
