Weight training today.....swimming tonight
Went to the gym to workout today. I'm still worried about overworking my upper body on swim days, but I decided to go for it anyway and see how I feel at swimming..it's not like it's going to kill me..I hope...
Here's what my workout looked like...
5 min on ellip
3 sets 8 pushups
4 sets asst pullups 10X80/10X80/8X70/8X70 (looking forward to working the numbers up on these)
4 sets BB bench 10X45/8X55/8X55/6X55
3 sets single arm BO db rows 10X25/10X25/10X30
Lots of ab work incline crunches/obliques/V's/leg lifts
3 sets ball pikes
stretch to cool down.
It was a good workout, but my left shoulder's bugging me a bit..I think swimming is the culprit.
Diet still going well...typically egg subs + veggies for breakfast/fruit+nuts for snack/today it was smoked salmon on ww tortilla + bag of raw veggies/oatmeal + protien for snack / chicken + vegies for dinner/ protein + skim milk after swimming....so it's all good....expect to see some positive results in a couple of weeks!
