Weird configuration of workout

Standing shoulder press (cleaned from the floor see notes)
barx10 95x8 115x5 135x5 145x5 155x3 165x1ASPR
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 485x8 585x5(held for 15secs)
605x1 (held for 15secs)
Bench 135x10 155x10 185x9ASPR
Flyes dumb bell 45x10 55x10 65x8

Highlights: Hit two ASPR and it felt freaking awesome!

Lowlights: Can the new people that are going to quit in the end quit already!!!!!!! 15mins to check my sons in, 10 min wait for a bench!!!!!!!! Come on! It does not take 30mins to do 4 sets of one rep at 50 lbs bench press!!!!!

Notes: I felt very strong and even cleaning the bar off the floor I still got a good press! I had to clean it off the floor as a Y staff member hogged the rack showing a tall thin boy how to do various jumping exercises.....not to sure why he needed the rack but he is a good guy as the Y staff goes. I am about 30-40lbs off my best standing press....that is so exciting. And at a 70lbs less in BW.
