One legged stepdown, twist lunge, and dislocate F***ing kneecap, AGAIN!!!

Relax, push dogs away, staighten leg to put kneecap back in place, elevate, ice, try to sleep, wake this morning to what looks like a cantaloupe in the middle of me left leg. Elevate, ice, shower, hobble to get kid ready for school, take kid to school, call doc(can't see me until the 19th of March). Come into work, talk with boss, log onto ft, and here I am.

On the lighter side; I love cantaloupe, but just not flesh tone...Damn it!!!!!!!
