Well, well, well.......

This is what happened this last week:

Thursday:
Clean, s/s with Front Squat, s/s with Push Press. (Also known as the Mark Phillipi Super 15 minute workout...LOL!).

Military Press

Leg Extensions, s/s with Leg Curls


Saturday:
Deadlifts

High Rows, s/s with close-grip bench

Cable Rows, s/s with dips

Abs, s/s with Hyperextensions


Doing great, until yesterday morning when I had a huge sneezing fit, and ended up yanking my hip extensors pretty bad. I don't think that there are any pulled back muscles or disks involved (I know what THAT feels like!), just pain from the top of my glutes to about halfway down the back of my hams. Pain is episodic, with some severe spasms, so I keep icing regularly. See what happens the rest of the week so I can plan my rehab, with was supposed to be my heavy cycle, damn it...
