Westside WOD

Today's WOD was a little confusing, but a great workout.
3 Rounds @ 1 min each
Ladder In & Out Lateral
Renegade Row
Resistance Band Lunge Twist
Kettlebell Swing
Medicine ball ab throw
brought the dip bar, but didn't utilize it. Will need to add it in the next WOD on Wednesday.
