So, I got home from school and everyday I've gotten used to doing 3.5 mph power walking for 5 minutes and then taking a 30 sec break to massage my muscles because I just started working out 10 days ago and I have a minimal stamina therefore I can't walk at a high speed for long periods of time and so I walked a mile in 19 minutes and then I get on here to fill out my log sheet (btw it sucks that I can't put my number of calories burned) and I go to my calendar and I realize that because I have 2 programs alternating days, I did the
program. So I just spent about 30 minutes more than I meant to today doing the correct program:/. Oh well it was my fault.....
