Wow - I can barely walk today! I hardly did anything! Anyhow - here was my day:

6:15 1 scoop syntrax nectar protein in water

6:40 20 minutes HIIT cardio on upright bike, level 3 low, level 5 high
Lots of stretching and the used the foam roller a bit.

8:15
1/4c steel cut oats, cinnamon, sugar-free syrup
4 egg whites, 1/3c pork and vegetable mixture (leftover potsticker filling:less fat ground pork, bamboo shoots, napa cabbage, carrot, seasonings)

2 fish oil caps, multi=vitamin

10:40
1/4c walnuts,
1 3/4 scoops isopure in coffe (did not mix well, maybe too hot...)
4 dried figs

1:10
1 egg, 4 whites
2 wheat-free bluberry waffles, sf syrup

felt full and icky all afternoon, so i didn't snack until
4:00, and then I just had water and 1/4c almonds

5:15 (suddenly really hungry)
pork chop
spinach with garlic and walden farms bacon dip
oven roasted potato (a little less than 1 whole medium), olive oil
2 fish oil caps, 2 tums for calcium

Wondering if part of my fatigue/soreness could be a vitamin D deficiency? I may have to get some and see if that makes a difference.

Things I did to further my success today:

1) Ate more right than wrong (that pork chop was questionable)

2) Reviewed my goals and affirmations

3) Going to go to bed early :)
