What's going on?
This week isn't going like I had planned at all :( Now that it has been so dang long since my last good workout, I can't find any motivation to start up again. I'm starting to return to my old way of thinking, which is: "If I can't get in a heavy lifting workout at the gym why bother at all",.... I can't believe I just wrote that. Horrible! So not true and yet I'm not able to make myself workout at home. I'm tired of letting myself down again and again. Silvie seems to be getting worse again. Nothing good EVER lasts. Just like my diet. Well, I guess I'll keep on struggling until I finally pull myself all the way out of this slump I'm in.....
