For some silly reason I decided to do the biggest loser video. Yes, I cheated and only did 1 of the 3 workouts because I would rather lift. My question why does there have to be so many steps in one exercise? I have zero coordination and the more the steps the worse I get. But, I did it any way. Now done lifting and I feel sore but happy I got it all done. Success is one step at a time.
