It was cool today. We decided not to swim because it was overcast so we dropped the canoe off the swim platform of the big boat and took a ride. We are using kayak paddles and they make for a speedy ride.
We did a very fast paced run for an hour and a half. I think that between the treadmill 3x per week and the canoe 3x a week combined with barbell and calisthenics 3x per week we have a pretty good cross training routine. I know that the body sculpting and weight loss are happening so I'm pleased with all of our options.
We had small craft warnings and about 3 foot chop. We both love rough water. The wind made it a challenge. With the wind on the beam it was like a ride at the fair.
