Warm up light DB rows: 10x15,10x15,10x15
One arm db rows: 4 sets, 15x35, 12x35, 10x40, 8x45
Narrow grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x70,10x70,8x80 (moving up!)
Bench Press: 4 sets, 15x65,10x75,8x80,6x85
Flat DB Flys: 3 sets, 12x25,10x25,5x30 + 3x25
Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets, 15x15,12x15,10x20,8x20
front raises: 4 sets, 12x15, 10x15, 8x15
After all that, Maricela and decided to try pullups on a regular bar, rather than the assisted pullup machine. Some guy suggested I do the pullups first without bending my elbows to focus on using my lats. That was easy enough. With Maricela's assistance, supporting my bent knees, I managed two regular pullups. Will have to start doing these before we're exhausted.
