wk 1 WCCS wed

OK....THIS was always one of my most dreaded days...I generally only sleep a 1/2 day...so I will sleep at night...and I always wake up very groggy...havent eaten anything all day...no water... and did not want to do my workout...SO...I experimented today..and just stayed up...had breakfast...some coffee...took a caffeine pill....sipped on water...and did well...so today...this worked out well....


Abs....
crossover crunches 3 sets 15...OK...these...I really could have used a weight..or at least upped the reps...I felt them...but I could have done with a little more burn...this was more of a trial run today...

double crunches 3 sets 20...again...could have used a weight...

cardio...went GREAT!!!!!!!

just over 3 miles....36 min w/ warm up and cool down....480 calories....


Food...

same as yesterday
except dinner....chicken lightly sauteed with every vegetable in my fridge with xtra virgin olive oil.garlic...and creole saesoning...LOTS of it...LOVE the spice...over raw spinach and white rice...one of my favorites...

Food is going well...I'm surprised...if I grab a small salad with a TON og raw veggies and a little o&v...or have just a plain chicken breast at work...I do fine...and stay on the water...water makes a HUGE difference for me....

I read in my other log...a guess from Amy that rev was my secret weapon....

NOPE...mines better....
