wk 2 wccs fri

3 sets 10 lunges...I agree with kathy...these are fun with no weight...cant beleive I only used to be able to 1 set of 10....and feel like my legs would would fall off.


Exercises Reps (weight)
SL Deadlifts 15, 12, 10, 8 (60,80,90,110)
Stationary lunges 12, 10, 8 (BB 30,35,40)
Side lunges 12, 10, 8 just body weight...until I get the movement down...felt much more comfortable today...really sat on that leg like Amy suggested...made a big difference in stability...STILL would not want anybody to see me do them though....

Step-ups 12, 10, 8 (BB 30,35,40)WOW....that got the heart rate up....

cardio....none...I was planning on it...but....BLAAAAAAhhhhhh......


Food....I just realized...I havent eaten yet...gonna get a shake at least....have a nice weekend folks.
