Warm-up - light bent over db rows, 3 sets of 10 8 lbs

One arm DB rows 15, 12, 10, 8 (8,10,17,22)
Narrow grip pulldowns 12, 10, 8 (45,45,45)These were incredibly weak today.
Flat DB bench press 15, 12, 10, 8 (45,75,90,90)
Flat Flyes 12, 10, 8 (8,10,12)these felt better this week
Rear delt flyes 15, 12, 10, 8 (8,10,12,12)
Front raises 12, 10, 8 (8,10,12)

I can not say enough how much I DID NOT want to do cardio today...but I got it in...some minutes even felt good....but fizzeled out in the end.

diet
diet is an issue...I choked down breakfast this morning...but was not fun.I cant seem to get enough water...I am constantly thirsty...so my belly is all sloshy...not helping with the food issue.
