wk 3 wccs tues

Todays workout...didnt happen...I got in...

warm up 3 sets 10 BW narrow,regular,wide stance squats

and

15,12,10,8 squats 30,40,45,50

and that was it...I gave up.Just dont have the energy...this will be a rough week for me.But I'll get it together...no worries.I did get in a full breakfast...

I beleive hormones are a big factor today...not the best time to have my out of whack hormones to deal with on top of everything else that is happening this week...but such is life...what are ya gonna do....

and my boss....complete flipping idiot....

my son....swept a half a bag of potatoe chips under the rug in the kitchen...took the time to get the broom...and sweep it under the rug...had the nerve to say "what" when I stepped on the rug and heard the crunch...this boy child...worries me...I told him he is lucky hes so cute...or he'd be packing his trash and hittin' the road...he says but Mom...I'm only 9...I said I know...so watch it...

OK....and I'm gonna fess up...gonna need help...I started smoking again...already at a pack a day....so...let the beatings begin...this time will be INCREDIBLY difficult to stop...so I better start now...before I get in any deeper...
