Wk 3 / Wk 1 in ft-pro. Feeling great! Weight coming off faster than I thought. 37% of my 6 mth goal

Started over this week after two weeks. Added cardio workout and additional thigh and ass exercises. Went to gym at 1:30 did normal workout for week 1 Thursday and 20 minutes of treadmill on level 3.0 with 3.0 incline. Nothing was painful plan on increasing weight or reps haven?t decided on which ones yet. Looking forward to tomorrow.
