Flat DB bench press 15, 12, 10, 8 (12.5,15,17.5,20)
Flat Flyes 12, 10, 8 (12.5,15,17.5))
Rear delt flyes 15, 12, 10, 8 (8,10,12,12)
Front raises 12, 10, 8 (8,10,12)


cardio....well....I grabbed my daughters mp3...danced a good 30 min...worked up a sweat....figures this counts...


diet....not great....the dam cheetos were being a slut...had to take advantage of them....they were askin' for it....

The monthly mess has finaly arrived....hormones should be evened out by tomorrow...will be a releif....
