whew...it was hard to get my workout in with all the goings on for tonight...my husbands family celebrates today as a day of the dead and take the day to honor passed loved ones along with all of the trick or treating...we are hosting this year.But I got it done...

my right shin is bothering me...feels like a shin splint...haven't had those for awhile...strange.
