I was lagging in between sets this morning...until a little birdie told me to get off the net and get to work...after that my workout went really well!!!
Oh...and I have to say....the ab work today wasn't so terrible..in fact they almost felt good!!(key word is almost)

shin felt better today....taking amy's advice I slowed the pace a tad...it seems if I keep it under 6.0 I do fine...a little stiff so I'm going to ice them..over all...great workout!!!!
