Wk 6 day 5....
Workout today:
3 sets 12 squats with OH press 8lb dbls (found it to complicated to row the dbls up, so I just did the OH presses with them whie going in the up position of the squat)
3 sets static lunge with lat raises (bent arm) 8lb dbls. I started by doing 12 each leg, but doing 24 lat raises was a bit much, so I dropped it to 6 leach leg and also dropped to 5lb wts.
3 sets BB SLDL's/rows. 2 sets bar only-45lb, 3rd set 55lb
3 sets smith squats(75lb)//front raises 12X5lb dbls
finished with ab work 3 sets 20 with 10lb plate crunch/obl/rev crunch with slight varations for each set.
It'll take me a bit to determine the best wts to use, some were too light (5lb front raises) some too heavy (8lb lats) I could also put more weight on the BB for the DL's/rows. I generally liked this routine, but just wasn't "into it" today. Didn't do my cardio either....hmmm...
