wk 6.... oh my GOD workout....

I am exhausted....whew...that is a killer workout....boy my legs are gonna feel this at work tonight...oh and my poor butt....glad we only do this one once a week!!!!!

Squats superset with plie squats 3sets ea 20 reps

Walking Lunges superset with jump squats 3 sets ea 20 reps(I thought I would cry..)

Step-ups superset with reverse lunges 3 sets 20 reps

Romanian dead lifts 3 sets, 12 reps 55lbs superset with hip extension 3sets 20(ea leg)reps

standing calf raises 4 sets, 20 reps 55lbs/ seated calf raises, 4 sets 20 reps 30lbs

cardio
3min warm up
10 high 7rpm
9 low 3rpm
3min cooldown
25 min

MAN!!!!!!!I will enjoy my nap today!!!!

Food:
eggs oats
shake
protien pumpkin pancakes
shake
cobb salad...add grill chkn breast,no cheese...olive oil and vinegar
