That was FABULOUS!!!!!!! it felt great to do a new workout today!!!I'm high on endorphins...very nice!!!
crunches 3 20
SS reverse curl/oblique 3 20
BB bench press 4 12 75 lbs(not to sure about the shoulder on this..gonna keep the weight low)
Incline DB press 3 12 13lbs
pec dec 3 12 30lbs
Wide grip pulldown 4 12 60lbs
Seated cable row - narrow grip handle 3 12 60lbs
Standing lat press downs 3 12 60lbs
Not sure if I did the last 2 correctly...I looked at pictures...it seems right...but the weight seems heavy(for me)...I'll see where you guys are at in weight.

Food:
is an issue...I'm not eating enough...I eat a salad at night when I work,come home and eat my oats and eggs...when I get up I have lunch...but I'm skipping dinner and my snacks.So...I'm going to start having a cobb salad at work,instead of a little dinner salad,and snacks I'm thinking about turkey jerky...protien snacks are hard for me to come up with,I was thinking a protien bar...but to many carbs...and it has to be something I can eat on the fly...no time to sit and eat at all...gotta be something I can eat while doing other stuff...the jerky I can grab a bite here and there...the problem is the water...I can't drink much while at work,I have a very small bladder and no time for bathroom breaks every 30 min...so I'm still looking for better options.
