Wk6/Dy3/Wed......Taking a full rest day today....
I had an awesome workout yesterday (butt killer + HIIT) followed by a very intensive masters swim session last evening (1600m free/back/breast + 600m fr/fly + 400m breast/back) I was exhausted when done-the fly kills me everytime! I slept terribly last night and am still very tired. My body is telling me to take a rest day, so I'll listen.
If time permits, I'm going to go for a couple of long walks today, just to work off the stiffness generated by yesterdays workouts!
