I saw in fly's log we're starting week 8...we started 2 months ago???Doesn't seem like it....well I'm like fly...starting this week renewed...I let the holiday get me last week...christmas probablly will too..but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it..any way...todays workout...I thought it would feel great...was only so-so..I think being sick yesterday had lot to do with it though...
BB bench press 3 sets 12 reps 1@45lbs,2@60lbs
Incline DB press 3 sets 12 reps 1@8lbs,2@13lbs
DB flyes 3 sets 12 reps 8lbs
Wide grip pulldown 3 sets 12 reps 60lbs
Seated cable row - narrow grip handle 3 sets 12 reps 60lbs
*Standing lat press downs* 3 sets 8-12 reps
oops...I did lat raises...just took a quick glance..I'll do the press downs next week.so...

45 min cardio...this was really bad..had to talk my self through most of it..even had to walk the last 10 minutes...but I was determined to not quit.
So I got in 3.76 mi and 598cal in 45 min
Food...still a problem...only because I'm to lazy..gonna fix my lunches today for the rest of the week..

water a major issue...doc says the probable cause of my UTI...not enough water allowed bacteria to build up in my bladder before getting flushed out...so...water in take will need to improve!!!
One week till check-in...I'm not expecting much,since I blew it so BADLY last week,didn't even do my workouts...if I can at least maintain I'll be happy...but I'm gonna have to keep my nose to the grind to make sure that happens!!!!
