WKC Kettlebell Pentathlon

The pentathlon includes The Clean, The Long Cycle Press, Jerk, Half Snatch and Push Press. Each movement is done for six minutes with five minutes of rest between movements. There are scores quotients for the weight you use. Total the score with your weight and you get a total score.
I finished with a score of 748, which is apparently average, but barely. Some work to do. It's tough and I'll plan on using this as another benchmark routine along with the Chrissy.
