WooHoo it's Friday...but I have to work a full day...bummer!
We switch from our summer hours this week which was allowing us to work longer days to get Friday afternoons off-so today it's a full day...bummer! On a good note though, it's a beautiful day outside and I went for a 20km bike ride over my lunch hour. It's been a while, but it felt great! I missed my wt training last evening (the evening workouts are going to be tough to fit in, but I'll figure it out eventually), so I'm going to try and get to the gym this evening -after my manicure and pedicure (: Hubby's playing golf and won't be home till after 9pm, so I'll have time to get in my workout-i hope. I won't be riding on saturday with my workout buddy, but hubby and I have a 7:45 T-off on Sunday morning.
So this week I managed:
Monday: masters Swim
Tuesday: yoga + full body workout
Wednesday: roller blade + Masters Swim
Thursday: Pilates + long walk
Friday: 20km cycle + full body workout (hopefully
Sat: possible rollerblade
Sunday: golf
So I'm back in the swing of things. Diet is pretty good. Looking forward to starting the challenge next week.
