So today I am really busy, but I gotta fit the workout in, even if it is a little shorter than I would like it to be! I'm working a double shift being my own relief today, so like I was saying yesterday, the challenge will be my eating. And if I get home at a decent time, I'l try to post my food journal. My workout was about 30-45 minutes. I didn't do any particular muscle group today.
