Work, work..

So today I am really busy, but I gotta fit the workout in, even if it is a little shorter than I would like it to be! I'm working a double shift being my own relief today, so like I was saying yesterday, the challenge will be my eating. And if I get home at a decent time, I'l try to post my food journal. My workout was about 30-45 minutes. I didn't do any particular muscle group today.

  1. 1/2 mile jog (warm-up)
  2. Leg Press-30 reps (130lbs)
  3. Leg Extension-30 reps (100lbs)
  4. Chest Press-30 reps (40lbs)
  5. Seated Rows-20 reps (40lbs)
  6. Triceps Pulldown-20 reps (40lbs)
  7. Back Extension-30 reps (70lbs)
  8. Weighted Russian Twist- 60 reps (6lbs)
  9. Abdominal Machine- 60 reps (50lbs)
