Working solo--mostly

Two of my crew were missing today, and the third, Cindy, took 30 minutes after our pushups to spin. By the time she was done with spin, I was on cable crossovers. It did go faster working alone, but I don't push myself as much without my spotters.

Warmup:
Pushups: 4 sets, 2 regular x10, 2x10 inclined on physio ball

Light assisted dips: 10x-70, 10x-80, 10x-80
Incline DB press: 12x30,7x30,8x30
Flat BB Bench Press: 12x65,7x75,6x80
Cable crossovers: 12x40,10x45,8x50,7x50
Single leg standing calf raises: 15x25,15x25,15x25 per leg
Seated calf raises: 15x70,15x80,15x80

Feeling bloated. My diet has been mostly good, except on Saturday when I went to a Tastefully Simple party which involves tasting lots of fattening dips, mostly. I went a little overboard, but was good before and after. Same with Sunday. Usually I just get 3 out of 4 expected phone calls on Mother's Day, but this time my daughter invited me to dinner with my other kids. I was actually with all 4 at once, plus the other daughter's vegan boyfriend from Tennessee. My daughter, the one who was paying, also gave me a cute outfit to wear to the gym because she knows I can never have too many workout clothes. My youngest son gave me a very cool b/w photo of himself leaning against a chainlink fence playing the accordion. My baby has a real beard and mustache--it is so bizarre. My oldest son painted me a watercolor of a giraffe and an elephant while we were having dinner, signed it and presented it to me at the end (the son that goes to Art Center). Enough proud momism--I had a wonderful mother's day.
