Workout 1 done and dusted! Only one workout I couldnt do - stair press ups but I think I'll wait a week or two and give them another go when I'm abit stronger :)

    great idea aimzy, go into exercises gradually if you feel too weak. Improvise with another exercise until you are stronger and able to perform correctly. It will be a great pay off when you actually do the exercise, then you'll know you've grown in strength.
