Incline DB fly 45x10 55x8 65x6
BOR 135x10 155x10 185x10
Dips 3 set of 10 reps ASPR and 1x5
Highlights: The dips rocked!!!!!!!!! All deep and smooth.
Lowlights: Lack of sleep and lack of appetite meant low energy. The depression meds are cutting my urge to eat.
