Hanging Leg Raises: 15x2
Ball Crunches: 15x2
Rotator Cuff Stuff

Front Squats: 115x5x5
BO BB Rows: 105x5x5
Clean & Press: 60x5x5
Ball Hypers: 15x5x5
EZ Bar 21's: 45/35/25

Thoughts: Weighed in at 176 today. Felt good today, especially to get back to a normal time for doing this. Upped the Squat, Rows and Hypers. I can up the Squat again, I think, along with the Hypers and maybe the C&P.
