Ball Crunches: 2x15
Rotator Cuff Stuff

Smith Squats: 130x5x5
BO Rows: 105x5x5
Clean & Press: 65x5x5
Ball Hypers: 20x5x5
Parallel Bar Dips: 7/5/5/5/5
EZ Bar 21's: 45x21/35x21/25x21
OH Tricep Xtn 21's: 35x21x3

Thoughts: I weighed 180 this morning.

A little tough today... not sure why. The Dips were a challenge today. Couldn't quite get comfortable with the form today. Just felt a tad off.

Upped the C&P and I can up it next time.

Overall, good.
