Hanging Leg Raises: 15x2
Ball Crunches: 15x2
Rotator Cuff Stuff

Smith Squats: 110x5x5
BO Rows: 115x5x5
C&P: 65x5x5
BB Bench Press: 135x5x5
Ball Hypers: 25x5x5
EZ Bar 21's: 45x21/35x21/25x21
OH Tricep Xtns 21s: 35x21x3

Thoughts: My weight was at 180lbs this morning.

I upped the Rows, C&P, Hypers and Bench. Hit the sticking point on the Bench but I pushed through it.

I suck at math. And my mind wasn't totally on what I was doing when I added the weight for the Squat. I finished them off and thought they were pretty easy compared to last week. Then, as I was loading for the Rows, I realized I only had 110lbs on the bar. I intended on doing about 150. Oh well. Probably good since I still have some DOMS from the Deads.
