Supine Hip Extension with Leg Curls: 12x3
BB Push Press: 45/50/55x12

Dynamic Lunges: 45/50/55x12
Upper Body Russian Twist: 12x3
Thoughts: Well, my goodness, what a sweat today.
I followed this with a few minutes of stretching. If there is any doubt as to whether or not a cardiovascular workout can be done with weights, this is a good example. My heart rate was about 156bpm.
