BB Push Press: 50/55/65x12

Dynamic Lunge: 45/50/60x12
Upper Body Russian Twist: 12x3
Thoughts: Upped the weight on the FS/SR/PP and the Lunges.
Will add weight to the Russian Twist next week.
Good workout today.
