Workout A3 - Fat Loss III

Finish: 8:57am
Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower. Rotator cuff stuff.
GS:
Deadlift: 135x12x4
Ex. Push Up: 12x4
Bulg Split Sq: 20(2-10s)x12x4
Two Point DB Row: 25x12x4

DL off Box: 95x20x2
DB Bench Press: 40(2-20s)x20x2
Walking Lunge with Side Bend: 20(2-10s)x20x2
Cable Seated Row: 70x20x2
Thoughts: I can up the weight on the Seated Row and the DB Row. Maybe the DL too.
Weight this morning was 181.
Two people pointed out the weight loss today and one even suggested the beginning of the V-taper from the shoulders down.
Cool. Made my long weekend.
No workouts till Tuesday. Damn.
