WG Cable Seated Row: 60/90/110x10

Supine Hip Extension w/Leg Curl: 10x3
BB Push Press: 55/70/80x10

SS:
Dynamic Lunge: 55/65/80x10
UB Russian Twist: 10/15/20x10
Thoughts: I checked my weight at the gym today without shoes, 185 is apparently where I'm at. This was after the workout, though.
Upped the weights on everything.
My forehead was a waterfall.
