WG Cable Seated Rows: 70/100/120x8

BB Push Press: 65/75/85x8

Dynamic Lunge: 65/75/85x8
UB Russian Twist: 12/20/25x8
Thoughts: Maybe this burned up the extra 800 cals I had yesterday. Stupid carbs. The 3400 cals I had yesterday must have paid off today as I upped everything. Mind you, less reps today. But, less rest too. Down to 30 seconds.
I almost forgive myself for the garbage consumed yesterday.
My weight this morning was 182.
