Workout A5 - Fat Loss III - At Home

Warm Up: three minutes on the mini-trampoline

Ex. Push Up: 12x4
Bulgarian Split Squats: 20x12x4
Two-Point DB Row: 25x12x1/30x12x3

DB Bench Press (On Ball): 40x20x2
Walking Lunge w/Side Bend: 20x20x2
BB BO Row: 62x20x2
Thoughts: I did this at home to accomodate my upcoming schedule this week. At home takes too long as I have adjustable dumbells and they aren't the quickest to change. Plus, my rest periods were too long as sometimes you get caught up in what is going on in the house.
My lower back was a little sore this morning. I was standing a lot of yesterday and that made it sore. I have to try and stand with a neutral spine a bit more often, I think. Or sit more. :)
