Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower and rotator cuff stuff.

GS:
Deadlift: 150x12x4
Explosive Push Up: 12x4
Bulgarian Split Squat: 30(2-15s)x12x4
Two Point DB Row: 30x12x4

DL Off Box: 100x20x2
DB Bench Press: 40(2-20s)x20x2
Walking Lunge with Side Bend: 20(2-10s)x20x2
Cable Seated Row: 70x20x2

Thoughts: My weight this morning was 180. Another good sweat today. Upped the DL, DL off Box and the Bulg Splits. I'm beat. Last one tomorrow.
