Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II - 598m/102.7w/32 cals/2:30:8/500m

Snatch Grip DL: 95/115/135x12
T-Push Up: 12x3

Bulg Split Squat w/OH Press: 8x12x3
Underhand Lat PD: 60/70/90x12
---------
Romanian DL/BO Row: 45/65/75x12
Lower Body Russian Twist: 12x3

Thoughts: Good Lord was this hard. The Split Squats were the hardest, especially throwing in the OH Press. I was pretty wobbly after that. Heart Rate average was about 158bpm.

Did some stretching afterward.
