Not as brutal as yesterday, but tiring none the less.
Start: 7:42am
Finish: 8:50am
Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower (646m/129.3w/37c/2:19.04 split)
Rotator Cuff stuff.
G-Set:
Front Squat: 95x10x4
UH Grip Lat PD: 90x10x4
DB Step Up: 50(2-25s)x10x4
DB Push Press: 30(2-15s)x10x2/40(2-20s)x10x2

G-Set:
DB Squat: 80(2-40s)x10x4
WG Lat PD: 100x10/90x10x3
DB Step Up: 80(2-40s)x10x4
DB Shoulder Press: 30(2-15s)x10x4
Swiss Ball Crunch: 2x20
Thoughts: Weight this morning was 180lbs.
Okay, first off, my brain must have been off as the second Giant Set was supposed to be two sets of 20. Got halfway through the first set realizing I'd only done ten reps.... so, added two sets and made them all ten reps.
Quite the sweat today.
