Workout B2 - Fat Loss II

Start: 7:46am
Finish: 8:50am
Warm Up: Five minutes on the treadmill (probably because I dreaded the upcoming Bulgarian Split Squats - this was two minutes more than usual)
SS:
Snatch Grip DL: 95/120/145x12
T-Push Up: 12x3

Bulg Split Squat w/OH Press: 10x12x3
Underhand Grip Lat Pulldowns: 60/80/100x12
-----------------
RDL w/B-Over Row: 55/75/95x12
LB Russian Twist: 12x3
Thoughts: Oh. My. God. I thought I was gonna die. This was tough. I could have wrung my shirt out afterwards.
On the plus side, I upped the weights in the DL?SS?PD and the RDL.
One more of these this week. yippie.
