Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower followed by some rotator cuff stuff.

GS:
Front Squat: 95x12x4
UH Grip Lat PD: 90x12x4
Step Up: 50(2-25s)x12x4
DB Push Press: 30(2-15s)x12x4

DB Squat: 80(2-40s)x20/40(2-20s)20x 20
WG Lat PD: 60x20x2
Step Up: 40(2-20s)x20x2
DB Shoulder Press: 20(2-10s)x20x2

Thoughts: Weight this morning was 180lbs. Good workout today. I'm beat. I dropped the weight on the second Giant Set due to doing the correct amount of sets and reps this time. ha.

Not too much sleep last night as I had some kids partying next to my backyard last night. Can you tell school is out?
