Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower (672m/145.5w/40cal/2:14.0 split)

Snatch Grip DL: 95/145/165x10
T-Push Up: 10x10x3

Bulg Split Squat w/OH Press: 10x10x3
UH Lat Pull Down: 70/90/110x10

RDL w/BO Row: 60/80/100x10
LB Russian Twist: 10x3

Thoughts: Lotta sweat today. Upped the weights in DL, T-Push Up, Lat Pulldown, and Row.

Followed with some stretching.
