Workout B4 - Fat Loss III

Start: 7:47am
Finish: 8:54am

Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower and rotator cuff stuff.

GS:
Front Squat: 100x12x4
UH Grip Lat Pulldown: 100x12x4
DB Step Up: 60(2-30s)x12x3 80(2-40s)x12x1
DB Push Press: 40(2-20s)x12x3 50(2-25s)x12x1

GS:
DB Squat: 50(2-25s)x20x2
WG Lat Pulldown: 60x20x2
DB Step Up: 50(2-25s)x20x2
DB Shoulder Press: 40(2-20s)x20x2

Thoughts: Weighed in at 178lbs this morning. This, again, was after breakfast... so, likely a pound or two lighter.

Upped the weights on teh last set of Step Ups and Push Presses in the first Giant Set.

I also upped the weights in all except the Lat Pulldown on the second Giant Set.

Weird, but when I got to my last set of Front Squats I was really dreading them, thinking 100lbs is bloody heavy at this point with 12 reps ahead of me. It felt light. Weird. Mind games maybe? I'll take it and consider upping the weight next time.
