Rotator Cuff Stuff

Deadlift: 200x5x5
BB BO Row: 105x5x5
BB Bench: 125x5x5
DB Push Press: 70(2-35s)x5x5
Monkey Rows: 40(2-20s)x5x5
SS:
Parallel Bar Dips: 15/3/3/3/3
Tricep Bench Dips (feet on ball): 8/8/7/8/7

Thoughts: Weighed in at 179 today.

I upped the DL and the Push Press. Also the Monkey Rows.

The super set wore out the arms... whew.
